Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Comment AI, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU) to use Comment AI. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens under your account.

2. Acceptable use

Don't use Comment AI to harass others, to scrape data you're not authorized to access, to violate the terms of any third-party platform, or to break any applicable law. We may suspend accounts that do.

3. Billing & Refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. You can cancel at any time and your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. All purchases are final — we do not offer refunds, pro-rated or otherwise, unless required by law.

4. AI-generated content

Comment AI generates drafts using AI. You're responsible for reviewing anything you publish based on those drafts. We don't guarantee that AI output is accurate, appropriate, or original, and you should always read before sending.

5. Service availability

We work hard to keep the service available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may need to take the service down occasionally for maintenance, and we may discontinue features with reasonable notice.

6. Liability

Comment AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or by a prominent notice on the site at least 14 days before they take effect.
