Sign in with email or Google, then choose YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook. Point Comment AI at your channel/handle or paste an individual video URL. We only ever read public data — videos, posts, comments, and public profile stats — through the official YouTube API and Scrape Creators for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. We never ask for posting permissions or access to anything private.
We fetch and structure the public engagement
Comment AI pulls the public comments on the videos or posts you select, normalizes them across platforms, and runs them through a language model that clusters by topic, scores sentiment, flags questions, and identifies repeated themes. This usually takes between 10 and 60 seconds. Cached results are reused for follow-up actions so you're not burning credits twice on the same data.
Get ideas, replies, reports, viral references, and competitors

Which platforms do you support?
YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. Every tool — Upcoming Tips, Automated Replies, Comment Reports, Video Improvement, Viral Content Finder, and Competitor Monitoring — is available on all four platforms.
Do I need to give Comment AI my password?
No. YouTube uses Google OAuth with read-only scopes. TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook are read through public-data APIs — you just paste the handle or URL. We never ask for posting permissions, and you can revoke Google access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
How fresh is the data?
We fetch live when you ask for a new report and cache the result for a short window to keep follow-up actions instant. You can always force a refresh from inside the app.
What does each action cost?
Upcoming Tips and Automated Replies cost 1 credit each. Competitor Monitoring costs 2 credits. Viral Content Finder costs 5 credits (up to 10 similar videos). Comment Reports and Video Improvement Reviews cost 10 credits because they involve a much deeper analysis. New accounts get a one-time pack of free credits, and paid credits never expire.
