What does Comment AI actually do?
Comment AI analyzes the public comments and posts on your YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook accounts to give you upcoming video ideas, full production reviews of past videos, structured audience reports, AI-drafted replies in your voice, viral content references, and a live view of your competitors. Every content decision gets grounded in what your audience actually said instead of guesses or trend reports.
Which platforms are supported?
YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. Every tool — Upcoming Tips, Automated Replies, Comment Reports, Video Improvement, Viral Content Finder, and Competitor Monitoring — is available on all four platforms.
Is it free?
Yes — every new account gets a one-time pack of free credits usable across any tool and any platform. No credit card required to start, and you only pay if you decide to top up.
How does credit pricing work?
Upcoming Tips and Automated Replies cost 1 credit each. Competitor Monitoring costs 2 credits. Viral Content Finder costs 5 credits (up to 10 similar videos). Comment Reports and Video Improvement Reviews cost 10 credits because they're significantly deeper. The Pro top-up is a one-time charge that adds a large credit pack instantly, and credits never expire.
Do you store my passwords?
Never. YouTube sign-in uses Google OAuth with read-only scopes. TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook are read through public-data APIs — you just paste a handle or URL. You can revoke Google access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Will you auto-reply or auto-post anything on my behalf?
No. Every reply Comment AI generates is a draft that you review before it goes anywhere. We never publish on your behalf, never DM your followers, and never touch private messages.
Can I delete my account and all my data?
Yes. From Settings → Account you can permanently delete your account. When you do, all of your data is wiped — profile, favorites, generated content, reports, usage history. The only thing retained is information we're legally required to keep (such as invoice records held by our payment provider).
What if I sign up again later with the same email?
If you previously had credits in your account when you deleted it, they're restored when you sign up again with the same email address. A different email is treated as a new account.
Do you offer refunds?
Credits are non-refundable once consumed, but if something obviously went wrong on our side — a failed report, a feature that didn't deliver what it promised — email info@commentai.online and we'll either re-credit you or refund. We'd rather a customer be happy than win on a technicality.
Is my data sold to advertisers?
No. Read the full Privacy Policy for the details — short version: we don't sell personal data, we don't share it with advertisers for cross-site tracking, and the third parties we use are all infrastructure providers (hosting, payments, AI inference).
